Keeping the Lights On

We recently came in contact with a single mother of 7, ages ranging from 2 up to 20. To make a living, this mom operates her own cleaning business. She works tirelessly and endlessly cleaning homes, but business has slowed down while the bills continue to stack. She told us that sometimes she has to choose between making her car payment, and making rent. If she doesn’t pay the car payment, the vehicle shuts off and prevents her from driving to work. If she doesn’t work, she doesn’t have money for rent. It’s a vicious and endless cycle! All on top of this, her youngest was recently diagnosed with a brain disorder. Seed the Need is so grateful we were able to get connected with his mom. We were able to pay her rent in full for last month! This allowed her to get her car payment made, while also saving some money to prepare for the next month, and getting some relief while trying to catch up with her finances! Sometimes a little goes a long way, and we appreciate our supporters who help make things like this possible!
